WINGSPAN TRAINING AND CONSULTING is a wholly Alaskan owned training and consulting business concentrating its efforts in the area of Ecological Dispute Resolution. Its principal owner is Drew H. Peterson, Mediator, Writer, Attorney at Law, and Dispute Resolution Consultant.
WINGSPAN strongly believes in the collaborative approach to problem
solving and organizational development. As such, all WINGSPAN workshops
and consultations utilize a collaborative approach which include at least two
primary trainers or consultants.
While primary trainers or consultants on all WINGSPAN projects are from the WINGSPAN organization, co-trainers are ideally members of the organization contracting with WINGSPAN for services, previously trained and experienced in the theory and techniques of ecological dispute resolution.
