WINGSPAN strongly believes in the collaborative approach to problem solving and organizational development. As such, all WINGSPAN workshops and consultations utilize a collaborative approach which include at least two primary trainers or consultants. While primary trainers or consultants on all WINGSPAN projects are from the WINGSPAN organization, co-trainers are ideally members of the organization contracting with WINGSPAN for services, previously trained and experienced in the theory and techniques of ecological dispute resolution.
